How Reviews Work on ClearMD
Every review on ClearMD is designed to be trustworthy from the moment it's requested to the moment it's published. Here's exactly how.
Invitation-only
There's no "leave a review" button on a doctor's profile or a search page. A review can only be requested by the doctor themself, sent directly to a specific patient's phone number via WhatsApp — so every review comes from someone the doctor actually treated, not a random visitor.
A single-use, time-limited link
Each invitation is a unique link tied to that one patient, valid for 3 days. Once it's used to submit a review, it can't be reused — and there's no copyable, doctor-visible link a doctor could use to review themself.
Moderated before it's public
Every review is checked by the ClearMD team before it appears on a doctor's profile. A review is never published automatically the moment it's submitted — it goes live only once it's been reviewed.
Disputes and takedowns
A doctor who believes a review about them is inaccurate, defamatory, or doesn't reflect an actual visit can formally dispute it from their own dashboard — this immediately hides the review from public view while our team looks into it. Patients or anyone else with a concern about a specific review are welcome to reach us directly at clearmd1@gmail.com, and we'll evaluate it through the same process.
